So this is crossing over from a post I made in the fat loss section, but is there a way to get an optimal diet that will shed the fat off of you. Cause it seems like genetics play a huge role, some people dont eat at all and they lose, and people like me dont eat and gain. So what is the solution to literally getting rid of the weight? Also seems like the regular trainer diet of no garbage and 6 meals a day of chicken and protein doesnt seem to help me lose weight. Need help with this summer is almost here.

Like I said, your macros or off. There are a few quality diets quidelines that I use Timed carb diet by ironaddict, half timed carb diet from ironaddict, KETO diet. Pretty simple if all your eating is chicken then it wont work.

I Need more info. But from what your saying you need a quick fix (like everyone). You could do the most effective fat loss diet EVER and that is a KETO diet. You will more than likely lose strength and possibly muscle if not done properly!.

KETO diets are basically 3-5 days NO carbs. With fat intake MUST be higher than 50% or daily calories for it to work. Then a one or two day carb up.

So basically find your total daily calorie intake, make sure you have only trace carbs 5g per meal max for 3-5 days depending on your thyroid. Then have a carb up.......depending on your ability to handle carbs between 200-400g of quality carbs.

I would include 2-3 days of low intensity cardio and two days of HIT, to help that along. Find a quality fat loss supplement and go from there!
